Carlos' Restaurant takes great pride in its heritage and reputation. We put a lot of effort into giving our guests a great meal, reasonable prices! We treat our clients like family because we are one big happy family!

We appreciate when people want to spread the word about our excellent customer service and the fact that some of our families have been coming to eat with us ever since we opened originally in 1950.

The food here is excellent. I've eaten at most Mexican restaurants in Big Spring and this is the best. Every single dish was far better that the more popular places in town.

Excellent service from the barstaff and waitress. Salsa was on fleek! Food dishes were delicious and kids meal came out in a cute spiral. Always cool to have a waitress that serves 3 tables at once without writing anything down. So happy to have had lunch here!

Good margaritas on the rocks. We're vegan and were able to get refried beans and rice, which aren't made with animal products, and the grilled veggies with no butter, and a side of corn tortillas. Fast and friendly service.

This is just a great place to eat. The food is always good and the people are always friendly. If you like beef fajitas this is the best place in town to get them.

The food at Carlos is great lets see the enchiladas, fajitas, real tacos and steaks are pretty good. You won't be disappointed and they have a full bar the drinks are amazing!

Favorite place to go for Mexican food. Family owned and operated and very friendly. Excellent drinks with a full bar, try their margaritas or sangria swirl, yum! Queso is the best in town and I love just about everything on their menu.

Great drinks great food and good service the food is always fresh but you wanna get their early before the bar starts getting full because it starts getting very rowdy in the later hours. But nonetheless great establishment. Been here for a long time and not going anywhere any time soon

Tatiana at the bar is awesome and always had the beer and salsa flowing. Smothered burrito was good and very hearty for the price
